Content Manager

Social Light is growing and we’re looking for a new member of the team to grow with us. This position is a remote, part-time position with flexible hours. It will start out 5-10 hours per week but there’s room for growth.

Social Light is digital marketing agency that helps small business take a strategic approach to their online presence. That means we manage websites, social media, email marketing and SEO for a wide array of clients.

We’re looking for someone who is familiar with the different aspects of digital marketing and can hit the ground running as a content manager. The ideal person will be able to:

  • Develop blog posts
  • Manage email newsletter content
  • Craft engaging social content
  • Research and pitch podcast / guest blog placements
  • Promote content via popup / lead boxes
  • Bonus points if you’re familiar with advertising, SEO, or are bilingual in Spanish.


The goal is to create interesting and informative content to grab a reader’s attention and get them engaged, so please don’t be boring!

We are open to different levels of experience, but you should be able to able to start work without much training. The following qualities are just as important as your writing skills:
